WOYWW

It's Wednesday already and time to show what's on my workdesk today - in my case it was Sunday's workdesk as I cannot craft on Wednesdays!
There's my Cuttlebug and an alphabet die I've just use on a scrapbook page, two cutting mats (one of them magnetic) and my corner-rounder tool. And the essential paper trimmer's there too.

Be assured, there's a lot more mess on the floor that I haven't shown! You can see I've been cutting circles out of red cardstock and had to have two goes at getting the ears right!
If you're nosy like me, go on over to Julia's place here to see more people's What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday (WOYWW).

  4. My desk is relatively tidy this week, but I have to say that I try not to dump things on the floor because I just KNOW that I would let it get out of hand and end up getting cross with myself when I can't find anything!! ;-)

  7. Thanks for all your lovely comments. To answer your questions;
    Julia: the magnetic mat is great for paper cutting and it's a large size. There's a magnetic circle cutter as well that works a treat as the paper doesn't move and you can go up to 12x12! Downside is that I don't want to get ink or glue over it so I keep taking it on and off my table to keep it pristine! I imaging if you've got metal dies e.g. Nestabilities, you could get fed up trying to prise them off!
    SusieSugar: Yes, it's a We R Memory Keepers corner rounder. I think it's great. It has two sizes of corner and I've not struggled to cut anything with it yet. However, I'm only using it on cardboard and papers, I don't think it could handle thick chipboard.
    Kaz: The purple cutters come with the We R Memory Keepers Magnetic Mat and work really well on paper and card. There's a straight cutter, a circle cutter and there's also a metal ruler.
