Behind The Scenes WOYWW

 straight out of the cupboard
                                                 (mug stain included)
with the first few tools added

 plus more essential items

the end of a craft session.
Just for a change, I thought I'd show 'behind the scenes' of a craft session on my worktable. When finished, I simply reverse the photo order to put it all away. But it's always much quicker getting stash out than putting it back!
This weekly gathering of Nosy People is hosted by Dame Julia so hop over to her place to join in. I'm going there now to poke around everyone's workdesks.

  1. My heart goes out to you having to get it all out every time you craft. I'm so messy when I work that I'm really glad I just have to shut the door on mine. Love your table though.

Great way to show your desk Ann - I do like the idea of starting with a clear desk, blank canvas for each session.

  3. It must be a pain to have to put everything by - but as Julia said it must be lovely having a clear workspace to start with. I do wish i was tidy!!

  4. Well, I may not be a tidy crafter but my "desk" (I have to work on the floor...) is vaguely clear when I start... sort of.

  5. You get 10 out of 10 for effort. I think I would end up leaving everything out!

  9. I don't think I would craft as much if I had to tidy it all away, in fact i know I did less before I had my "space".

  15. Love the time lapse photography Ann, sorry you have to pack it up each time though, and definitely 10 out of 10 for effort as Clare says.

  17. Hey, that was fun...i love seeing creativity happen, especially the 'behind the scenes'!

    thanks for sharing that...

I am fortunate to have a studio space to work in, where I can just leave everything out at my different stations....I tidy up now and again, just usually not right after a creative session.....I'm spoiled! What can I say! heehe

    happy creating!

  18. Sweet happy photos there to work on. Do you like your little Tonic cutter? I need a good portable trimmer and can't find one I REALLY like.
